Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

• Please allow 2-3 business days for Kissed by Key to process and ship your order

• We ship by UPS and USPS Ground Advantage and the shipping time is 3-7 days once the item has been shipped.

• • We process and ship Monday through Friday and are closed on Saturdays and national holidays.

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Canceling an Order

• You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility.

Returns & Exchanges

• Once an order has shipped from our facility, we do not grant requests for cancellations, returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Shipment /Produats

• Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. Orders damaged during shipment must have a claim filed with USPS prior to resolution. If the damage is done to the product in a way that has broken the seal or made the product unusable, please send an email to contact form.

Instructions

• Include the order number on the subject line of the email.

• In the body of the email, please describe in detail the damage to the product.

• Please include clear images of the damage to the product.

• Once your email is received, a member of our team will contact you within 48 business hours.

• Please secure a safe place for your packages to arrive.
